Can there be any greater challenge to London’s Ambitious Mamas than an unmarried duke?
— Lady Whistledown’s Society Papers,
 April 1813

Do we have any takers on the author yet? Well we are headed over to the Historical Romance genre this week. I can think of a few authors that seem to stand out in the area. Lisa Kleypas, Tessa Dare, Sabrina Jeffries, Alexandra Hawkins, Julie Garwood but they are not who I am spotlighting today. However, I am sure that their books will be up at some point.

Now I know that these tests can be hard so while I am rethinking my tests I thought I would make this easier. The series we are going to be focusing on has eight siblings in this well off family. Each book is about a certain sibling’s happily ever after. So I am hoping that if you know what book belongs to what sibling you will be able to get the right answer by the names used. I added names as hints this time so *fingers crossed* this one should be easier.

The series I have up to match your abilities too is….

The Bridgerton Series by Julia Quinn

Now the fun part begins. You get to match the quotes with the right book from the series.

Are you Ready?
Get Set!
Result Time:

100% – You have killed this series with your book slaying ability! May all other Book Slayers bow down before you.

90% – So close to being perfect. You have nearly mastered this series. Keep reading and practicing your slaying ability. Next time you will be ready.

80% – Room for improvement. You are on your way but still need to hone your skills. Remember that practice makes perfect.

70% – You half*ssed it! You need to step up your slaying workout!

60% – This series has kicked your butt! You had some good hits in there but just couldn’t pull it off.

50% – Mayday! Mayday! You are going down fast! Your techniques are slow and sloppy.

40% – Yikes! Please tell me that you might have skipped reading a few books from this series. You lost the fight in a big way.

30% – You have so few moves you need to go back to basic training!

20% – Ouch! You were down by the second hit! Maybe this series wasn’t that memorable for you.

10% – You took one hit and went down! You need to re-read this series or forget slaying it.

0% – You just laid down and died! Did you even read any of the books?

Alright, now you have to tell me that this one was easier because I added the Hero and Heroines names in for hints with 8 out of 10 questions. So How did you do this time? Better? Good.

My question to you is what book was you favorite out of the series and why?

My favorite book was Romancing Mister Bridgerton. I thought out of all the Happily Ever Afters that Penelope deserved her’s and Colin was a perfect match for her. Plus I loved her witty commentary in all the other books, but you don’t know it’s her until book 4.

Your Turn!
