Are you ready to slay another series?

Did you have fun last week with the YA genre? I know I did and almost had to re-read the Vampire Academy series yet again. I got some feedback that said the quotes were okay but to make guessing the actual series harder. So there will be less helpful hints. Don’t forget that guessing the series is just taking a look at your opponent. You still need to slay this series so you must match the quotes with the correct book from the series.

This week we are going to head over to the Urban Fantasy genre. When I think about this area one series stands above all else. Naturally, this is the series I am going to offer up to test your slaying skills yet again. So sharpen those stakes and prepare to do battle.

Your opponent :

My number one Kick*ss Heroine is who this series is based around. She oozes awesomeness wherever she goes. She may or may not cause people to run the other way upon seeing her. She is also a firm believer that standing alone is best.

Orphaned in more ways than one she was raised by a man so Bad*ss his mir name causes fear or reverence when it’s mentioned. Her Daddy is hardly talked about and is a huge secret.

There is only one man who can match and exceed her in every way and good Lord what I would do to have a piece of that. The Hero commands many and has more in common with our Heroine than either of them know. He is not someone you want to piss off and does she ever piss him off.

There are many great battle scenes and the romance part doesn’t even really kick in much till the middle of book 3.

If you still need help I will just say… Shifters do play a big part in this series.

Don’t forget that now you have to match the quotes to the books! Time to slay them Baby!
Get your Stakes out.
 Ready. Set .
Result Time:

100% – You have killed this series with your book slaying ability! May all other Book Slayers bow down before you.

90% – So close to being perfect. You have nearly mastered this series. Keep reading and practicing your slaying ability. Next time you will be ready.

80% – Room for improvement. You are on your way but still need to hone your skills. Remember that practice makes perfect.

70% – You half*ssed it! You need to step up your slaying workout!

60% – This series has kicked your butt! You had some good hits in there but just couldn’t pull it off.

50% – Mayday! Mayday! You are going down fast! Your techniques are slow and sloppy.

40% – Yikes! Please tell me that you might have skipped reading a few books from this series. You lost the fight in a big way.

30% – You have so few moves you need to go back to basic training!

20% – Ouch! You were down by the second hit! Maybe this series wasn’t that memorable for you.

10% – You took one hit and went down! You need to re-read this series or forget slaying it.

0% – You just laid down and died! Did you even read any of the books?

As always I love to hear feedback about what you thought of the quotes etc. I also love to talk about this series so feel free to squeal and fist bump over it. Really it is one of my favorites and I can re-read this series over and over without it getting boring or old. Keep reading. Until the next week….

WooHoo! I got 100% ……….. however, to be honest, I read on a nook and had most of your quotes highlighted already. So,I think that’s *sort of* cheating.

    • That is awesome you got 100% :0) don’t worry about cheating. Although in the future I might do giveaways with the featured series as well.
Thanks so much for stopping by.
